By entering into our facility you are agreeing with these policies.
PRICES
Prices listed online are starting prices and are subject to change without notice. All pricing is a la carte (except the blonding packages) to ensure that clients do not pay for services they haven’t received
CANCELLATIONS
FIRST TIME CLIENTS: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your appointment before you can reschedule. No shows will be charged 50% of appointment and will not be rebooked without a deposit.
RETURNING CLIENTS: After your second cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your appointment.
*We reserve the right to deny appointments that were "no shows" or those that have been excessively canceled or rescheduled.
LATE ARRIVALS
Services for clients arriving late may be adapted to fit the remaining time or given the option to reschedule for a $25 rescheduling fee.
REDOS
If you aren't completely satisfied, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment and we will do everything in our power to find a solution.
*Redos must be performed within 14 days of your original appointment.
REFUNDS
Due to the artistic nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on services performed and per manufacturer's policies all extension sales are final.
CHILDREN
Little ones in the salon can interfere with our time together, hindering us from being able to achieve your hair goals. Arranging childcare prior to your appointment will help you relax during your appointment and help ensure the best results possible.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Amethyst Salon is not responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing and accessories.
